French cuisine with a Bohemian flavour
Popular plate: The roasted rabbit Rex with nettle cannelloni, young garlic confit and garlic foam is a must-try.
Lavish decor, exquisite cuisine and five star service - there's no denying that a dinner at Celeste has a certain wow factor. One of the Prague’s best restaurants, it sits at the top of the unique Dancing House, mixing haute cuisine with stunning views across the Vltava to Prague Castle.
Celeste's decidedly fancy food is perhaps best described as Franco-Mediterranean. While French peasant cooking is clearly a driving influence, you'll also find risotto, gnocchi and North African style lamb sausage on offer. Given its high quality all round, it's perhaps no surprise that Celeste is far from cheap.
