Small, friendly bar serving wine, cava and refined tapas in La Latina

This tiny, popular wine bar on Cava Baja offers a splendid selection of Spanish wines and cava (sparkling wines) along with some of the more sophisticated tapas in the city. The works of local artists give the tavern an airy Mediterranean feel and, like many of the really local hangouts, the crowd and staff are outgoing and helpful, so much so you'll instantly feel at home. Even if sparkling wines aren't typically your thing, do try the cava - they are magnificent and extraordinarily cheaper than champagnes from other regions.
