Simply put, Kock & Vin is something special; the only restaurant in Gothenburg awarded International Master Class by the White Guide 2011. Basically that means it’s a big name on the Swedish dining scene.
The restaurant was also crowned Sweden’s Best Dining Team at the annual Restaurant Awards 2011. The food is an innovative mix of French and Swedish traditions and emphasis is placed on the seasonality of ingredients.
