Most people she meets on the road as a travel writer think she’s mad for leaving Byron Bay, her idyllic hometown on Australia’s east coast. But the bright lights of Sydney beckoned, and Sarah went on to work on the features desk at several major women’s magazine titles in the city while carving out a new home on Sydney’s northern beaches. Between various stints overseas, Sarah is always drawn back to Sydney’s beautiful beaches and the safety of being able to order an espresso at any ol' cafe and know it's going to come out right.
After dipping her toe into each city on the East Coast of Australia,
the Sunshine Coast native decided that the Emerald City
best suited her agenda of beautiful beaches, a happening cafe and
restaurant scene mixed with the wild beast that is Sydney's night life.
Anna's extensive globetrotting has nurtured a desire to try anything at
least once, and keeping a finger
on the pulse is one of her driving passions. When she's
not soaking up the sun on one of Sydney's glorious beaches, you'll find
her exploring Sydney's lesser-known nooks and crannies, or holding court with
a glass of Pinot or a perfectly-brewed soy cappuccino in a Bondi cafe.
