Paul Arnold

Writer

Paul Arnold is a freelance writer and former producer for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). During his time making TV and radio shows he was fortunate enough to travel the world on numerous assignments. Highlights from his broadcasting career include going under the Panama Canal to see how it works, co-piloting a twin otter across Antarctica, and standing on a frozen Arctic ocean at midnight while the sun was up.

Paul’s love of Spain saw him up sticks from his native London, and he now lives by the sea in Andalusia where he writes about travel, politics, science and business for publishers across the world. He is an avid and enthusiastic traveller and looks forward to exploring even more of the planet.

Temily Jaya Gopan

Local Expert

Temily, born and bred in Kuala Lumpur, views Malaysia in a unique light; her parents emigrated to Malaysia from China and India, and the three together reflect the country's mix of Chinese, Malay and Indian cultures. She left Malaysia to pursue a Bachelor of Journalism in Hong Kong, and has since traveled the world for service projects involving the Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program and other programs by the Bahai Office of Social and Economic Development. She speaks five languages and is thrilled that at long last, she has learned how to cook.
